For urgent cases (accidents, lost/stolen documents, etc. - no visas!) after working hours and during weekends, Belgian citizens (only) can reach the Embassy in Kuala Lumpur via the emergency number +60-12 267 3112.
We advise Belgian in distress in Malaysia to contact immediately their travel agency/ insurance company or family in Belgium.
If you have lost your travel documents, you need to report this at the local police station. Without an official police report, the Embassy cannot deliver a provisional passport.
During office hours you can contact the Embassy of Belgium (see Address and opening hours).
